Is there such thing as ‘Hindu terrorism’, as the arrest of Sadhvi Thakur for the recent Malegaon blasts, may tend to prove?

I found awesome article on this at http://www.francoisgautier.com/en/hindu-terrorism. But I want to understand the feeling why this word popped up?
