Does "Sharing is caring" and "Caring is Sharing" both have the same meaning ? And which of the two is the Correct Statement ?

hello , we start by a simple .. mostly used phrase . " sharing is caring " ,, simply saying we share when we care .  I am NOT in follow with this phrase , I in my thinking follow that this is a wrong phrase , it not complete ,its not all correct . i think that " Caring is Sharing " is more likely CORRECT .
