Entrepreneurship ,start ups by the individuals just after passing out from college was the trend that came from western countries,to india,,but the india entrepreneurship climate is different from those of USA's,do startups need an minimum experienced individual?or it can be successful maximum times,,with any fresher graduate

No,,fresher graduates here in India have shown that start ups can be sucessful if they establish just after passing out from college

whether with or without experience... Entrepreneur should have the complete knowledge of the products he will make or services he will give... The minimum is to understand the market, decision of production as per demand... costs anaylsis with respect to market...understanding the competitor threat... and Proper marketing and adveritsing framework... i believe it requires experience in the first call...

well its impossble to get anything's "complete" knowledge,,iwe can aqquire knowledge,,but it cant be complete,,even a PhD persons also agree this

I know this is true in the books... but one needs to have a good command atleast in the products or service u are giving and it should be projected in the minds of your customers/clients that you know all. Your attitude should be "prepare for the worst and show the best you have", got it... Confidence is what matters in business...
